Utilizing 5-axis robots, automation, and end-of-arm tooling, our manufacturing team ensures lean, cost-saving production. We maintain the highest quality standards through mold preventative maintenance, customized quality procedures, and comprehensive validation through our OQ/PQ process, which attests to parts' precision down to half a thousandth tolerance.

Injection Molding
Our injection molding capabilities range from 50 to 200 tons with shot sizes from 1 to 300 grams. Two machines offer ISO 8-certified cleanrooms for top-quality standards. Mold part-to-part monitoring ensures precision with tolerances as low as 0.0005. We also boast a 55-ton vertical injection machine that produces medical cables and over-molding.
